At St. Andrew Catholic School, parents and families take an active role in the education of their child. We rely on parents providing their time, treasure, and talent to support a rich and vibrant school community. The Home and School Association provides a forum for collaboration between parents, teachers, and administration. As a parent of a registered SACS student, you are automatically a member of the HSA.

The role of the HSA is to build community within the school by sponsoring family activities and encouraging parental involvement through volunteering. The HSA also coordinates fundraising events that pay for cultural and academic enrichment, teacher appreciation events, playground improvements, capital improvements, and the many extras that all SACS students enjoy.

Parents have the opportunity to volunteer for classroom specific needs and HSA school events.

In an effort to maintain a safe environment, the Diocese of Orlando requires all volunteers to pass a background screening and to be fingerprinted before they can begin their volunteer assignment.
